469 permanent centers for Aadhar card distribution in TN

A total of 469 permanent centers will soon be set up for distributing Aadhar cards for the public in Tamil Nadu. The process of setting up these centers will get over by November 11 at all municipalities and corporations. The functioning time of these centres will be between 9 am and 5 pm. The information was announced by operational co-director of the department of census and statistics. He also added that 50 more such centres will be set up in Chennai city.
Speaking about the Aadhar card distribution done so far, he said over 4.71 crore Aadhar cards are distributed for people above the age 5. Among all districts of Tamil Nadu, it is in Chennai where the least number of Aadhar card distribution is registered counting to 23,95,000.
