Helpdesk launched by Employees Provident Fund Organization

Helpdesk to assist inoperative account holders to settle or transfer their funds was launched by Employees` Provident Fund Organization (EPFO). Currently around Rs 27,000 crore is lying as unclaimed money with EPFO.
 
To avail the service you need to provide personal and employments details, such as, establishment code, PF account no, address, date of joining on the EPFO`s website. Thereafter, a reference ID is created for tracking purposes. Based on your tracking number the concerned field officer (where the member held his PF account) will contact and guide you for settlement or transfer of funds.
