What not to eat for breakfast?

That is really true that one should eat the breakfast like king, lunch like prince and dinner like beggar! Though it is meant to do good to people, it is misconceived and created a mess with breakfast habits. Indians tend to get their tummy filled in their breakfast. This results in unhealthy breakfast practices. What not to eat and what is to be avoided for breakfast? What are the food that are considered healthy, but are not so in reality? Here are few that you need to know:

Vada Pav:
The reason for why vada pav should be avoided is that it is really high in calorie content. It has 168 calories. If you are striving to shed kilos, this option for breakfast is a definite no.

Crispy vada
This being a common south Indian dish, it is widely preferred by everyone. However it is full of oil and is recommended to be avoided

Parathas
These are full of maida which is not good for digestion. This may give rise to nauseous feel. Opting for ragi or other nutritious food is better.
