Human brain remains a mystery. Research on its various functions are still being explored and elaborated. Answers are still to be found for some of the oddities the way brain functions. Generally, we assume that our brain also goes to sleep when our body goes to sleep. However, this is not true!

The brain does not sleep. Instead, it starts working even more vigorously during the night! Whether there are dreams or not, the brain continues to work enthusiastically.Yes! It is a fact that brain never sleeps. Note that if it sleeps, we will also sleep for eternity.

Our brain has the capacity to predict the future. It has been established that brain can notify some of the future events! According to scientists, these predictions may be conveyed through dreams also.

Note that the capacity of the brain to predict future events through dreams varies from one individual to another. This is why, we deserve that some people  dreams come true later.

However, for other people, there is no connection whatsoever between the happenings in dreams and reality. This phenomenon could not be explained so far by the scientists.

A feature known as  dopamine , located in the central part of the brain, gives continuous symptoms about incidents which have not happened. This is the reason why we stop doing certain thins due to some sort of fear after having started it. If we continue action despite the fear, we fail in that particular task. This fear generated by the brain is a prediction of the future. This is why it is often said  do not indulge in any work without self-confidence.

Women tend to use their brains less effectively. Experiments reveal that women tend to use their brains at 10% lower level as compared to men. This is probably why women tend to get confused more when it comes to decision-making.

When we get injured in any other part of the body, we feel the pain immediately. However, the brain does not inform when it suffers from pains. This is simply because brain does not have the pain sensation.

The dimension of brain varies from one individual to another. It is not uniform. This plays a significant part in intelligence. Experts observe that people with larger brains are likely to be good in arriving at a decision for any problems and they understand the external happenings better.
