Tooth decay cured through stem cell

Scientists from Harvard and Nottingham Universities, through a recent research, have established that decayed teeth can be resurrected by stimulating the stem cells.
It is a very welcome development as compared to the prevailing treatment systems.
These treatments were harmful to the teeth. If the decayed tooth is not treated or handled carefully, there are chances of other teeth getting infected.
The scientists produced several artificial items for curing the decay of the tooth through biological processes. When using these items, they stimulate the stem cells in the tooth and help grow in a natural way.
However, the stimulation process of stem cell cannot be done on an instantaneous basis. Insisting on quick results from the dentists cannot help.
The research activities are still continuing.It is quite certain that proven stem cell stimulated treatment for tooth decay will become available. Patients have to wait till this is established.
