Chief Minister Jayalalithaa announces ready to cook and ready to eat sea food

Chief Minister Jayalalithaa in the Assembly on Wednesday announced creation of a kitchen at Kasimedu that would prepare ready to cook and ready to eat sea food. Apart from this addition Modern Mobile Restaurants would be set up at Chennai and Mamallapuram for Rs 1.15 crore,
The purpose of the Rs. 8.32-crore kitchen, Ms. Jayalalithaa said, was to help Women Self Help groups among fishing community prepare seafood and ensure supply of protein-rich seafood to the public.
