Rains in few places over Tamil Nadu and Puducherry

The cyclonic circulation which formed over the west-central Bay of Bengal off the Andhra Pradesh coast last week is still stationed there. In view of this there will be rains in few places over Tamil Nadu and Puducherry in the next 24 hours. As far as Chennai is concerned the sky will be cloudy. There will be showers or thundershowers in some areas of the city. The maximum and minimum temperatures in the city will be 31 degrees and 27 degrees Celsius respectively.
