Petrol price was hiked by Rs 3.38 per litre and diesel price increased by Rs 2.67 per litre.The price increase will be effective midnight Wednesday.
Rates will differ from state to state due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
In Chennai petrol price will cost Rs 63.02 per litre & diesel price will cost Rs 54.43 per litre
