Joining the team at Buzz is Chef Mano Kumar Singh, Indian Specialty Chef from Gateway Hotel Damdama Gurgaon who will bring alive street picks from the famed streets of Chandni Chowk to Jama Masjid. Specializing in Indian Curries and Kebabs, Chef Mano Kumar together with Executive Chef Meril and team will offer guests a perfect selection of street food from the alleys and nooks of Delhi at Buzz.
From Amritsari Kulchey, Pindi Choley from the Paranthewali Gulli, Pasanda Kebabs, Tikkas, Nihari Nallis, and Koftas to Baida Rotis, Khameeri, Quormas, Qualias and Biryanis, there is a delightful buffet spread on offer! Also savour Teeliwali Kulfi from the famed bylanes of Jama Masjid.
