When is Sales Tax applicable?
When any person/business sells any physical goods in India, then, the seller has to collect the Sales tax from the buyer and pay to the Government. Essentially the seller doesn’t have to pay sales tax out of his pocket.
What are the documents needed if its Proprietor?
- PAN card of the proprietor
- Identity Proof (Any two) - Ration Card and Aadhar Card or Voter’s Id or Passport or Driving License
- Business Address Proof (If rented) - Rental Agreement and Electricity Card
- Business Address Proof (If Owned) - Sale Deed and Property Tax Receipt (Latest)
- Eight passport size Photos
- Business Name and the Nature of the Business
- Business E-mail Id and Business phone Number
- Saving Bank account Details (Of Proprietor) :
- Current Account Details (Of Company) (If any)
What are the documents needed if its Partnership
- PAN card of the firm
- PAN Card of all the partners
- Partnership Deed
- Identity Proof (Any two) - Ration Card and Aadhar Card or Voter’s Id or Passport or Driving License of all partners
- Business Address Proof if rented - Rental Agreement and Electricity Card
- Business Address Proof If Owned - Sale Deed and Property Tax Receipt (Latest)
- Bank details of all Partners
- 2 passport size Photos of all Partners
- Business Name and the Nature of the Business
- Business E-mail Id and Business phone Number
