Income Tax Department carries out some changes in the PAN Card design

Some changes have been carried out in the design of Income Tax PAN cards from this New Year. The Income Tax Department had ordered the PAN Card manufacturer to make certain changes to include some additional information not given in the earlier version.
In the code known as QR (Quick Response), important personal details such as the name of the PAN card holder, the name of the father of the PAN card holder, the PAN card holder’s birthday, etc. both in English and Hindi.
Further, the shape of the PAN Card also matches as the new design released by the Income Tax Department.
One more important feature is that duplicates or fakes of this modified PAN card cannot at all be made.
