How to break the daily Ramadan fast?

Ramadan Fasting is the holy act followed by Muslims that brings joy and prosperity in both spiritual life and practical day-to-day life. In terms of practical life the fasting brings mental and physical clarity eradicating all the impurities from the body and mind.

Prophet Muhammad rightly mentioned about the ways to break a fast after experiencing the process of spiritual and physical awakening throughout the holy month of Ramadan. Breaking a days fast with dates is the most suited option mentioned by the Prophet himself and another way of doing it is through plain water. Water is a form that purifies everything in the way of its flow and thus breaking the Ramadan fast with water followed by special Ramadan porridge makes the day spiritually satisfying.

When viewed with a scientific point of view the dates are wonderful choice to break the fast as it gives instant boost up for the reduced glucose levels in the blood stream. It is a natural form of sweetness that can bring the fasting to an end with simple source where the stomach can easily digest after a long days rest. After having the Dates one can go on with the dinner feast easily as the stomach is now ready to digest normally.

Protein, Iron, Fructose, Glucose, Potassium, Vitamin A and other important minerals associated with the dry dates makes the consumption more healthier and energetic during the times of Ramadan fasting.

Many experiments conducted all around the world clearly indicates the positive effects of Fasting and numerous benefits in physical and mental well-being of Human beings. In fact the concentrated sugar content in the dates do not spike the blood sugar levels in the blood stream as it is a purest form of sweetening substance found in Mother Nature.

Holy month of Ramadan is celebrated from May 15 to June 14 in this year 2018 and People following the Islam subject themselves to the fasting from the sunrise to the sunset. This is considered to be the spiritual way of connecting ones soul to the God. According to the Islamic philosophies God is the ultimate truth and the complete oneness found in all forms of living beings of the universe. Ramadan Fasting is one such way mentioned by the Prophet to reach the enlightened form of feeling the highness and compassion of God and His creations.

Along with these spiritual teachings of Islam, the recent science started to accept the medicinal benefits of fasting and the traditional intellect of older generation in recognizing the positive aspects of Fasting in physical and mental health that determines the purpose of life.
