Three cities from Tamil Nadu in top ten fastest-growing cities

The recent revelation of the study conducted by Oxford Economics marked several Indian cities in top ten categories of fastest-growing cities of the world. The top ten list is full of Indian cities with three cities from Tamil Nadu that are all expected to dominate the economy of the world for next two decades precisely until 2035.

Tiruppur, Tiruchirappalli (Trichy) and Chennai bags the sixth, eighth and ninth places respectively. The top city is Surat, a diamond processing zone of Gujarat, India, indicated as the fastest growing city through 2035 by Oxfords head of global cities research. The research concluded all the cities from India as fastest growing zones of the world in terms of economy and business flourishment.

The economic output and contribution outsourced is much lower in these mentioned top cities compared to other Asian cities, European urban centers and North American zones. But it is calculated in terms of development and economical infrastructural plan in the cities yielding for a better growing strategies in coming future.

In the list of biggest cities of the world New York, Tokyo, Los Angeles and London defends their old position while Shanghai and Beijing crossed over Paris and Chicago leading the charts. According to the study the top growing African city is Tanzanian port of Dar es Salaam. Armenian capital of Yerevan holds the top spot among European centers. The tag of best performer in North America goes to San Jose, a zone of Silicon valley.
