Anna University -No more permission to write arrears exams who joined up to 2010

Anna University has announced that the candidates who joined before and in 2010 will not be given the special permission to write their arrears examinations.
Generally, a 3 year time duration is given for the candidates after they complete the 4 year course to write the arrears examinations.
In this situation, special permission was given to the candidates who had joined B.E. Course until the year 2010 to write the arrears examinations during the semesters in February and August.
Now, Anna University has announced that the candidates who failed after attending the above 2 semester examinations will not be given any more permission to write arrears examinations.
Further, Anna University has also announced that the candidates who could not complete their arrears within 7 years will not be given any more special permission.
