For identifying more Corona virus cases, door-to-door screening to be done in TN

The officials belonging to the TN state health department have revealed that to identify more number of Corona virus infected persons the heath care workers have started door-to-door screening now.
The healthcare workers would be screening patients with influenza type illness or ILI. It is now said that the number of Corona virus cases would increase by this in TN.
There are as many as 1369 containment areas in the state of Tamil Nadu. In these containment areas those having influenza like illness are now tested by the newly appointed health inspectors for issues like fever and chest congestion etc.
Across TN 23,829 health workers have been employed for the purpose of door-to-door screening of the people. A senior officer belonging to Directorate of Public Health and Preventive Medicine expressed his thoughts. He spoke about how door-to-door screening would identify more number of Corona virus cases as more number of individuals would be tested.
It must be taken into account that inside Chennai city screening has been initiated initially in Royapuram having more number of containment areas.
For checking the chest congestion, the health care workers use mobile X-ray machines and those having co-morbid conditions would be identified and taken for sample testing.
