If you have nose bleeding then try these home remedies

Nose bleeding during summers are very common. This bleeding from the nose could be in both adults as well as kids and there is nothing to worry about. This nose bleeding is also called as ‘Epistexis’ and in this blood oozes out from one of the nostrils due to blood vessels getting ruptured.
It must be noted that people do not know the exact reason behind this bleeding of nose and get panicked.
Various reasons that are responsible for this nose bleeding are dry air breathing, forceful blowing of nose, seasonal allergies and presence of excess body heat in us.
There are some home remedies that could be useful for this nose bleeding and they are
Giving first aid - This is very important and must be followed to make the nose stop bleeding. Pinching our nose is done as the first aid. Head must be tilted backwards and pinching the nasal cavity would put pressure on the bleeding point in our nose. The nose must be pinched in the softest part and must be held for 5 minutes. Then the pressure must be released and sitting upright is done. The bleeding would stop soon.
Apply onion juice - It is known that onion is a superb remedy in making the blood clot plus the pungent smell of onions has also got superb powers to stop nose bleeding. Freshly squeezed onion juice is taken first and then by using a well cleaned dropper 2 or 3 drops of this juice is instilled into each nostril. Then head must be kept bent slightly for 5 minutes. Then bleeding from the nose would stop.
By cold compressing - Nose bleedings could be stopped by this cold compressing also. In this process blood vessels gets constricted and thereby bleeding gets stopped. It must be noted that few ice cubes are wrapped in a clean towel and head is tilted slightly. This compress is then applied on the bridge of the nose. Rubbing it for 2 -3 minutes must be done and the bleeding from nose would stop.
Coriander juice application - This is also one of the home remedies to stop nose bleeding and is very effective. The cooling properties of this coriander plays huge role in stopping the bleeding from nose. Coriander leaves are taken and mixed with little water and the mixture is taken in a blender. The juice is got and two to three drops of this juice is instilled into each nostril.
