Chennai Metro Adopts Saturday Schedule for Lok Sabha Election Day!

Today, April 19, Chennai Metro will operate on a modified schedule in light of the Lok Sabha elections. As per the Tamil Nadu government`s declaration of a public holiday, metro services will adhere to the Saturday timetable.
Key points:
• Service hours: 5 AM to 11 PM.
• Frequency:
• 6-minute intervals: 8 AM to 11 AM, and 5 PM to 8 PM.
• 7-minute intervals: 5 AM to 8 AM, 11 AM to 5 PM, and 8 PM to 10 PM.
• 15-minute intervals: 10 PM to 11 PM.
