Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), held in South Korea, will see some of the finest works by Indian filmmakers this year. The prestigious list will include Tamil films O Kadhal Kanmani, Orange Mittai. The two films will be screened in the `A Window On Asian Cinema` section at the 10-day festival, which is being held from October 1 to 10.
O Kadhal Kanmani, an high-spirited take on modern-day affairs, starred Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menen and had music by AR Rahman. It was largely hailed as a return to form, and proved to be a success at the box office as well. The critically-acclaimed Orange Mittai, which saw Vijay Sethupathi playing a 55-year-old woman, was a road movie that focused on the relationship between the elderly man and the young EMT specialist (played by RJ Ramesh Thilak), who takes him to the hospital in an ambulance.
