Brahmotsavam at Tirupathi to start on 3rd October

In the world famous Tirupathi temple, Brahmotsavam is performed every year in grand style during the Tamil month of Purattasi. Brahmotsavam for this year will be from 3rd October and will be for 9 days.
During an interview with the press reporters, TTD Joint Executive Officer Mr. Srinivasa Raju informed that Brahmotsavam will be celebrated from 3rd October till 11th October this year. The Deity of the Lord will be taken on processions daily in different Vahanas or carriers to offer Darshan to the devotees.
Arrangements for the grand festival are in full swing. Priority has been given to providing all basic facilities.
All officers have been instructed to ensure that the basic facilities for even economically backward devotees such as arranging for Darshan, transportation & Safety arrangements have been strengthened to ensure any untoward incidents because of the excessive crowds.
