Right to education is
finally becoming a reality. K Ponmudy Higher Education Minister ,Government of
Tamilnadu was delivering the first convocation address at Tamilnadu Teachers’
Education University here was hinting at the
implementation of Right to Education. He opined that in such case, there
will be more children taking to education and naturally we will need more
