Sugar price UP!

The central government has increased the import duty on sugar from 15% to 40%.
Hence, the market price of sugar has gone up by Rs. 10/- per kg.
Food Minister Ram Vilas Paswan said decision could result in a rise in sugar prices by Rs 1-2 per kg in the wholesale market from the current range between Rs 28 and 31 per kg.
