Chennai Corporation has announced that public opinions and observations are welcome in the internet regarding the construction of a flyover at Manadavelli.
Chennai Corporation has decided to construct a flyover at Mandavelli junction in order to reduce the heavy traffic congestion.
North Ramakrisha Mutt Road, South Ramakrishna Mutt Road, Venkatakrishna Road, and South Canal Road cross at this Mandavelli junction.
Chennai Mayor, Mr. Saidai Duraiswamy informed:
After analysing the various available options, the shape and form of the flyover has been decided. However, it is better to seek the public opinion. A decision will be taken after considering the public opinions & suggestions. The maps and drawings will be uploaded on the internet.
Chennai corporation has requested the public to visit the website and record their suggestions and opinions.
