Sales of ‘Amma’ salt has started in all retail shops as well.
3 types of salts manufactured by Tamil Nadu Salt Corporation were initially sold in shops such as Amudham and Chinthamani Cooperative Society shops.
Now, Amma salts are available in retail shops as well. 46 wholesale agents have been appointed for the distribution.
6 wholesale agents are taking charge of the distribution of Amma salts in the retail shops in Chennai city.
