Modi government offers free medicines for the very fundamental diseases

Considering the welfare of public, Modi government has come up with plans to provide free medicines for most common diseases like diabetes, blood pressure, etc. Speaking to the health minister Harshavardhan, he says the central government has taken such a step to ensure healthy citizens and to reduce the overall expenditure of the public towards their health needs.
Under this scheme, the public can get nearly 50 varieties of medicines entirely free of cost. This includes fever, body pain, blood pressure, diabetes, etc. An exclusive team is set up to sort out these fifty diseases. The team is expected to get the work done at the earliest.
