Two GH’s in Chennai gets Medical Tool worth Rs. 9 Crores

The Directorate of Medical Education (DME) has approved Rs. 5 Crores for acquiring an MRI Scanner machine for the Royapettah government hospital in Chennai.

For setting up the new-tangled X-Ray machine at the same hospital, Rs. 1 Crore has been endorsed by DME.

Additionally, DME has legitimate Rs. 3.85 Crores for the purchase of an innovative laser machine for the Egmore Ophthalmic Hospital in Chennai.  The objective of this machine is for vision rectification surgeries.
