Prospects of light rains in Tamil Nadu!

South-west monsoon has intensified in the states of Kerala & Karnataka.
In the last 2 days, an air-vortex has been formed in the top atmospheric layer in Tamil Nadu. Hence, there have been rains with thunder during the nights in Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
Day-before-yesterday night (21st July), there was some sudden rain during the night. There were rains with thunder during yesterday even in in Chennai and its suburbs.
With the intensification of south-west monsoon in Kerala & Karnataka, light rains are expected in Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
There are prospects of sudden rains during this evening & tonight.
