Get your name verified in the voters list, Election Commissioner

The new election commissioner of Tamil Nadu Sandheep Saxena has requested the public to get their names verified in the voters list.
During his meet with the press persons at the secretariat, he placed a request to the public and wanted them all to spend at least half an hour to make sure that their name is present in the voters list. And, he also wanted them all to check for right spelling and request for changes, if any.
Sandheep Saxena also added that necessary steps will be taken to ensure error-free election ID cards soon. He made an announcement about the special camp that will be held in Tamil Nadu. The camp is intended to allow people to get their names checked and added in the voters list. This will take place on November 2 between 10 am and 5 pm. A consultation meet will take place among all district collectors through video conferencing. In addition, a special camp will be organized in Tuticorin on 1st November (today).
