Nelson Manickam Road will soon become more congested?

The state highways department on Monday issued work order for construction of a flyover connecting Poonamallee High Road-Anna Nagar III Avenue Road near Anna Arch and Poonamallee High Road-Nelson Manickam Road intersections.
The construction of the flyover, which will make the extend totally signal free, is expected to begin in a couple of weeks and scheduled to be completed in 24 months at a cost of Rs 117 crore.
A extend between Anna Arch on Poonamallee High Road and Arun Hotel bus stop will become more crowded on Nelson Manickam Road .
