Belly fat is usually the result of wrong lifestyle and eating habits. Here are a few tips to reduce belly fat.

Drinking lemon juice in the mornings has proven to be effective. Add some lemon juice to warm water and salt. Drink this first thing every morning. The drink is known to increase metabolism and burn fat. Make sure to drink plenty of water through the day too. This helps remove toxins from your body. 

Cut out white rice from your diet. Instead, substitute it with brown rice, brown bread, whole grains, oats or quinoa. Also, stay away from sugary foods and drinks, and oily foods. Add raw garlic to your diet. Chew two or three cloves every morning before the lemon juice. Try and stick to a vegetarian diet. Eat a bowl of fruits everyday in the mornings and evenings. Fruits are rich in anti oxidants, minerals and vitamins. Use spices such as cinnamon, ginger and black pepper in your food.
