New regulations for unreserved compartments effective from 1st March

Indian Railways have introduced new regulations for travelling in unreserved compartments up to a distance of 190 km.
As per this new regulation, the passenger should start the journey within 3 hours after buying ticket. Otherwise, the passenger will have to take the first train that leaves for the destination. Out of these 2 options, whichever is later will be taken into account.
The facility to procure a return ticket (for journey up to 190 km) is cancelled.
This comes into effect from 1st March.
