Chennai Metro Rail is likely to conduct a trial in the underground stretch

According to reliable sources the Chennai Metro Rail is likely to conduct a trial run in the 5 km underground stretch from Koyambedu to Shenoy Nagar next month. the trial will be conducted using an inspection wagon.
At the same time it has also been decided to inaugurate the elevated stretch between Little Mount to Airport as well as Koyambedu to Nehru Park at the same time.
