Tips to ensure your car air-conditioner performs best

If you have not changed your car A/c filter over a long period, better change it immediately. Changing the filter will improve air-circulation.
Ensure that external air does not get in. There are possibilities of external air entering through the fire-wall or water dummy. When external air enters inside, the cooling effect will not be optimum.
Ensure that there are no blocks in A/c condenser and Drier. If there are blocks, compress gets cut-off frequently. This will reduce the efficiency of the air-conditioner.
Ensure that the cooling fan of the air-conditioner functions well. If the cooling fan does not function properly, the effect of the air-conditioner will not be proper.
If you detect more sound/noise when the compressor runs, take immediately to the workshop and get it rectified. Air-conditioner will not perform well if compressor does not function properly.
Check the measurement of the air-conditioner gas. If it is less, top it up.
It is best advised to get the air-conditioner serviced once a year. This would only ensure that the car air-conditioner is in its best performing condition.
