Security strengthened at Chennai Airport - No spectators allowed in

Following the latest incident of bomb explosion at Brussels Airport in Belgium, security has been beefed up in Chennai Airport.
Due to the serial bombing at Brussels Airport in Belgium and the information that a bomb has been placed in the flight from Delhi to Chennai, spectators have been banned from entering inside the Chennai Meenambakkam Airport from 7.00 PM till today (Wednesday, 23rd March).
The passengers are subjected to thorough check and then only allowed inside.At the airport entrance, the checking of vehicles has been intensified.
Hidden cameras have been installed around the airport and the area is being monitored thoroughly.
Information is gathered that a 5-tiered security arrangement has been deployed at Chennai International Airport.
