NASA Scientists: In 7 years, it may be possible for human to start residing in Moon

Efforts have been undertaken over the last few decades to settle humans in moon.
If this is made possible, it would quite possibly the greatest achievement of mankind.
Continuous researches are going on to make this possible.
Scientists from NASA are strongly convinced that there are good prospects of humans to settle down and live in the moon within the next 7 years.
It is gathered that efforts are on to possibly build a residential platform for 10 persons to stay.
This effort is supposed to cost 10 billion US Dollars (Indian Rs. 66915 Crores).
It is worth recalling that this figure is much less than what was estimated some time ago for this project.
European countries, China, & Russia have expressed their desire to set up residential platform in the Planet Mars.
It is worth noting at this juncture that US has taken up this challenge in moon much earlier.
