How to manage the summer heat

The government doctor has suggested to eat lots of fruits and water content fiber vegetables in order to escape the effects of the scorching summer sun.
 
Fruits are the best food for summer. It will clear dehydration problems and is also easily digestible. In the summer, exterior temperature increases. With external peripheral temperature, sweat gland in the body`s internal temperature equates on rebalancing the body. Because of this, there will be little wetness in the body. 

Since there is over sweating, the body`s water balance is disturbed. This results in giddiness, over thirsty, water collapse and disease in kidneys. Because of over sweating the body will be always wet. This will bring skin diseases.  Consumption of water will be more. Because of this, there will be constipation and less appetite. Moreover there are chances of Asthma and other lung diseases.
 
What is to be avoided during summer?
 
We should avoid pungent, sour, salt, oily foods and masala foods. We should avoid tight fitting clothes. Avoid going outside in the afternoons. We should create airy place.
 
What to do?
 
Wear cotton clothes. Drink lots of water according to BMI. Suppose a person weighs 80 kilos, he should drink minimum four litres of water. Tender coconut water, pomegranates, water melon and cucumber should be consumed. Vegetables like snake gourd, ridge gourd, white pumpkin and bottle gourd should be included in daily food. These water content vegetables can be consumed in large numbers. The easily digestible yam, broad beans, beans, cluster beans and banana stems can also be included in the food menu. Flour based food like parota should be totally avoided.  
 
¼ kg white pumpkin should be diced after removing the skin. Mix palm candy to the juiced white pumpkin. Drink empty stomach in the morning. This will reduce your stress and be energetic throughout the day.
 
Take 50 gms of Aloe Vera  and after cleaning it consume. This will take care of stomach related problems, kidney problems and other problems related to women.
 
Take a half a tumbler of cow curd and mix it in two litres of water and this butter milk can be consumed throughout the day. This will equate the heat caused in the body minerals. This will prevent piles also.
 
Two glasses of drinks made with Nannari can be consumed every day.
 
Have oil bath twice a week. Bath twice everyday in order to get rid of the sweat odor.
