UPSC Announcement: to fill up 1079 vacant posts, including IAS and IPS

The UPSC (Union Public Service Commission) conducts Civil Service Examinations every year for filling up the 24 different posts, including IAS, IPS, IFS, and IRS.
There are 2 stages the preliminary examination and the Main examination.
UPSC released the announcement to fill up the vacancies for 1079 posts.
The Preliminary examination for this is scheduled to be conducted on 7th August throughout the country.
In Tamil Nadu, this test will be conducted at Chennai, Madurai, Coimbatore and Vellore.
All graduates are eligible to apply. Even the students studying final year in the current academic year can also apply.
Candidates must be of the age group 21-32. Concession given for SC/ST candidates is 5 years and for OBC, it is 3 years. For differently-abled, it is 10 years.
