Free books and notebooks for school children on reopening day

All the primary education officers in the districts are sent with circular carrying details about admitting students in schools for the academic year 2016-17.
All the primary and secondary schools are to get reopened on 1st June. Right on the reopening day, all government schemes are to be carried out and free books and note books and uniform will be distributed. Students will receive free bus pass from the transport officers and necessary works for the same will be done.
It is important to ensure that all schools have water and toilet facilities. Enough drinking water supply has to be ensured. The school management has to take care that their school premises should not have any open well, high pressure cables, electric short circuit, damaged buildings, bushes, etc.
