Rs. 50 darshan ticket to be reintroduced at Tirumala

TTD`s Executive officer Dr. D. Sambasiva Rao announced during the monthly pilgrim interactive session on Friday that efforts were on to reintroduce the evening slots for Rs. 50 darshan ticket holders during the latter half of this month, and assured that the management would explore alternatives to beat the evening heat for the convenience of pilgrims participating in the Sahasra Deepalankara Seva outside the main temple complex.
The TTD has released about 56,640 tickets pertaining to various sevas performed inside the temple of Lord Venkateswara for the month of July. The tickets include 6,426 tickets of Suprabhatam, Thomala (120) Archana (120) Visesha pooja (1497) Astadala Padapadmaradhana (60) Nijapada darshan (1859) Kalyanotsavam (11248) Unjal seva (3000) Arjitha Brahmotsavam (6450) Vasanthotsavam (11,610) and 14,250 tickets of Sahasra Deepalankara seva.
