Periscope now integrated with Twitter

Twitter has now integrated Periscope live video functionality in its Android and iOS apps. There is now a Love Periscope button on the microblogging platform. This option is in addition to that of adding photos or videos in tweets. Now, users will soon be able to live stream videos through Periscope as well. Twitter acquired Periscope last March.
Recently, Twitter sent out tweets that said, Ready to go live? Now everyone can tap a new button on iOS & Android to easily broadcast on #Periscope from Twitter
Now, users of Periscope will be able to live stream from Twitter directly. They need not switch to Periscope. But, users much download the Periscope app first.
Recently, a number of changes were made on Twitter. For one, photos, videos and other media will no longer count towards Twitter`s 140-character limit in the near future. Another change is that any new tweets beginning with an @username will be seen by all followers. Previously, a tweet that started with a person`s handle did not become a part of their feed.
