Maruti to launch a new limited edition variant

Maruti Suzuki Swift - well, more than a car, it has even become a household name. This car was anyway surpassed by other new models that got into the market. Maruti Suzuki has thus decided to release a new variant of Swift, targeting to refresh sales of Swift yet again. Even before this, there is going to be a release of limited edition of Swift to increase the sales number of Maruti.
This edition will be called the Swift Deca. Maruti has recently released the teaser video of Decca. The video does not show the car though. It only features jersey of football players carrying number 10 written on them.
It further stated that Maruti Suzuki will honor a few outperforming football players all of whom have their jersey numbered 10. This number has got a special connection with the limited edition of Swift.
This number may have some connection with Swift. It may be that it indicates the completion of ten years of Swift. A few others guess the number to be an indication of ten new additional features all of which are cosmetic changes.
To get a sporty appeal, the alloy wheels are made black with distinct sport stripes. This car painted in red also has LED daytime running lights. In addition to the sporty exterior of the car, there will also be infotainment system, leather upholstery, red-inserts, and sporty seats in the interiors.
Coming on to its mechanical features, there will be 1.2 lite K-series VVT petrol motor, and also a 1.3 litre DDis diesel engine. These get connected to a 5-speed manual gearbox. The power delivered is 83 bhp and 115 Nm torque with the petrol motor, and with diesel motor, the same is 74 bhp and 190 Nm torque.
