Last chance for SSLC Private candidates

The Tamil Nadu Examinations Board has announced that the private candidates appearing for SSLC examinations can register their names for the Science Practical Training Class from 27th September till 8th October. The Board has warned that this will be the last opportunity.

Earlier, permission was given to the SSLC examination private candidates to register their names for the Science Practical Training Session from 8th June till 30th June,
For the benefit of the candidates who failed to register as per the above dates and the candidates who had written ESLC examination and passed and intending to write the SSLC examination next March (they must have completed 14.5 years of age as on 1st April, 2007) can register their names for attending the Science Practical Training Session from 27th September till 8th October (except Sundays).
The candidates should register their names as per above dates in the office of the District Education Officer.
The application form for this can be downloaded from the website: www.dge.tn.gov.in .
Fill up the application and submit the same with 2 copies to the District Education Officer in person before 8th October.
The candidates should join and attend the practical training session as per their allotted school. Only those candidates with an attendance record of more than 80 percent or above in the training session will be allowed to attend the public examination.
