Rajinikanth will announce his political stance on Dec 31

The superstar Rajinikanth had a meeting with his fans at the Chennai Kodambakkam Raghavendra Kalyana Mandapam.
He started his address to the fans with, ‘You are the Gods providing me with life’ (Yennai vazhavaikkum deivangale – Tamil).
He informed that he will announce his political stance on 31st December.
The actor said ‘Politics is not new to me – only as I am aware of politics, I have been hesitating to enter it. Politics requires not only bravery and boldness – it also demands acumen to take astute decisions.’
‘Yes. I told that we will take a decision when there is a war situation. Certainly, `war` does not mean an election.’
