Petrol and diesel price increased

Petrol price was increased by 18 paise per litre and diesel price up by 23 paise per litre with effect from 6 am, May 14.
Prices may vary from Outlet to Outlet within a city due to differential local sales tax or VAT rates.
A litre of petrol in Chennai will now cost Rs. 77.61 per litre and diesel will cost Rs. 69.79 per litre.
