Do you know about these early morning drinks that are superb for our health?

Our body is not supplied with the necessary fluids during sleeping and when we wake up our body is dehydrated. Hence it is essential that after getting up in the morning we must hydrate ourselves with some healthy drinks or fluids. Most of us drink water in the morning after getting up and that is superb and healthy. There are also few other drinks that could be consumed by us in the morning.

These are the various early morning drinks that are good for our health

By consuming jeera or cumin seeds water:

This is one fantastic early morning drink and has got great digestion boosting properties in it. By stimulating the secretion of digestive enzymes and in accelerating the digestion in us many stomach issues could be avoided.  Jeera water is also a superb energy booster. In the first step one teaspoon of jeera is added to a cup of water and it brought to boil. Then it is strained and consumed.

By consuming ajwain or carom seeds water:

The ajwain seeds have thymol in them and due to thymol these seeds have carminative properties. Intake of carom seeds or ajwain improves digestion, treats acidity and helps in the weight loss. In the first step half teaspoon of ajwain seeds are taken and added to a cup of water. After bringing to boil it is cooled strained and consumed.

By consuming coconut water:

Intake of coconut water early morning could provide us many health benefits.  Immunity gets boosted by the lauric acid present in coconut water. Our metabolism gets speeded up and weight loss is possible. This coconut water is full of vitamins and minerals and the presence of electrolytes like sodium and potassium could keep us hydrated.

By consuming tomato juice:

A glass of tomato juice is also a great way to start the day as this juice contains 95 percent of water. Body gets hydrated plus the vitamin A and C in tomato juice would strengthen the immune system. In the first step add one diced tomato and 3 cups of water in a blender. Then few drops of lemon juice are added and blend.
