Practical Exams for 10th, +1 and +2 scheduled from 6th February

The Directorate of the State Government Department of Education has ordered that the practical examinations must be conducted from 6th February.
As per the state government syllabus, the practical examinations for the 10th Standard, +1 and +2 classes are conducted during March. 25 lakhs candidates participate in these practical examinations throughout the state. 16 lakhs candidates out of this are from the classes of +1 and +2.
The coaching/training classes for the practical exam preparation have commenced. With these coaching classes scheduled to come to a close, it has been ordered to conduct the practical examinations during the 1st week of February.
All the schools must notify the internal marks awarded for the students as per the Tamil Nadu state government order. The internal marks will be on the basis of the student’s attendance records. The practical examinations must be started on 6th February..
The school principals/headmasters have been stressed that these practical examinations must be conducted without any hitches after preparing the question paper and without any maloperations.
