Till this weekend there would be cool climate in Chennai

Chennai has been experiencing cold weather and many people are finding it difficult in this cold climate. As per the meteorological department officials it is now said that the nip in the air or cool climate would be there till the weekend and after that the weather would become warmer.

The point is chilly weather conditions were experienced by the residents who were on the streets in the early hours of Wednesday. The piece of news collected is the weather stations in Nungambakkam and Meenambakkam recorded 29.4 degree Celsius and 29.7 degree Celsius respectively.

In the interior places in TN, north-easterly winds would play their role in the temperature reduction for 2 to 3 days. This was confirmed by none other than Mr. Puviarasan who is the director, Area Cyclone Warning Centre, Chennai. It is revealed that some places like Krishnagiri and Dharmapuri districts received rainfall on Tuesday. The reason was because of the connective activity as south-easterly winds brought with it. In the next two days there would be dry weather in the state of TN.

It was brought out by some officials that the sun was bound to move towards the southern hemisphere. The day time would get longer and it would result in maximum temperatures.

There would be increase in the minimum temperatures in Chennai city. The important point to be noted is this month might finish with rain deficit as Chennai is yet to receive its first spell of rain for the year. Till Friday, the maximum temperatures would be around 30 degree Celsius and this has been confirmed by the meteorological department.
