REPCO to organize House Loan Mela on 21st and 22nd February

A special House Loan Mela is being organized on behalf of REPCO Home Finance Company on 21st and 22nd February. A notification in this regard from the company mentions:
Loans for house purchase would be extended at an interest rate of 9.14% onwards for various types including purchase/sales of house/flat, commercial complex, and transferring an already existing loan with some other source and additional loan.
The pre-approval loan sanction letter, a discount of the entire processing fee, and a special discount of the charges for scrutiny of the application will all be given after the discussion in the special camp.
The camp is scheduled to be organized at Aadhi Parasakthi Marriage Building, No. 6. Anna High Road, Kandhanchavadi, Chennai 600096.
The public is advised to avail this opportunity to participate in this special housing loan camp being organized by REPCO and make use of the same.
