In our abdomen below liver, there is a pear shaped organ and this organ is called as gall bladder and it stores bile in it. It is worthy to mention that this bile eases the digestion of fats. In Humans, gall bladder would be 7 to 10 cm in length and would be dark green in colour is known.

In some persons, this gall bladder might not function properly and it could be because of formation of gall stones in them. Point that must be be taken into account is these gall stones are small stones of cholesterol and calcium and it blocks the tube that drains the gall bladder. In the end, inflammation of gall bladder occurs in us. Hence it is advised to consume certain foods that could keep the gall bladder’s health in good shape. It is known that people having gall bladder stones have these symptoms like sudden severe pain on the right side of abdomen, right shoulder pain, vomiting etc.

Bell peppers intake:

Bell peppers are found in places like Mexico, Central America etc. Other names given to bell peppers are sweet pepper, capsicum etc. It must be noted that ball peppers is a cultivator group of species Capsicum annum. Intake of bell peppers provides us many health benefits and they are also good for the health of our gall bladder.

Broccoli intake:

It is said that consumption of green veggies like broccoli could help us in the health of gallbladder. That broccoli is an edible green plant belonging to the cabbage family is well known to us. Broccoli has got vitamin K and C plus potassium, fibre etc.

Tomatoes intake:

Mostly seen in red colour, tomatoes are shiny and smooth. They belongs to the family called ‘Solanaceae’ is known. Tomatoes are rich in folates, vitamins like C, K etc and intake of tomatoes are good for the heath of gallbladder.

Tofu intake:

Not many are aware that intake of tofu is good for the gallbladder. By coagulating soymilk followed by pressing the resulting curds into solid white blocks, tofu or bean curd is made.
