Schools reopen on 6th January!

With the conclusion of the half-yearly examinations, the schools were closed for half-yearly vacation. As per earlier schedule, the schools should have reopened on 2nd January. However, the vote-counting was scheduled on 3rd January where the school teachers were deployed. Hence the State Government Department of School Education ordered that the schools would reopen on 4th January.
Now, Tamilnadu School Education Department has announced that Government and Government Aided Schools will reopen on 6th January 2020 after the half-yearly vacation. On the same day, students from 1st STD to 9th STD will get their respective third-term textbooks.
