Self-Accountability is the first step of Startup Success

During the initial phase, in most of the Start-ups, either the founder alone or along with co-founder work in the new business & self-accountability plays a crucial role in their success.
Though you may be accountable to others, you may not be as accountable to yourself when there is no one else to observe, monitor, or hold you responsible.
Self-Accountability is what you do when no one is watching & completing “what you said to yourself you will”. Instead of staying away from viewing yourself as a victim of circumstances, you must take ownership of the consequences of your actions.
